Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and may take 10–21 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at flunkyvalet@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
